Welcome to the Cornish Vegan, Truro's only fully plant- based restaurant! We took on the Cornish Vegan out of a desire to promote a healthy, plant-based way of life and bring the best vegan food and drink that we possibly could to the City of Truro. We serve a range of home cooking-inspired comfort food, a host of guilty pleasures, and some of the best craft beer, locally made cider, and small  batch coffee Cornwall has to offer.
